We do not sell cars. When European Sales & Service first opened, selling cars was a large part of our business. In order to provide better customer service, we've simplified our business model and now we stick to what we know best, Mercedes-Benz service and repair.

While we accept walk-ins when possible, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure timely service. You can call us or use our online booking form. Always feel free to drop by to have your fluids and tires checked.

Absolutely. We use diagnostic tools and equipment to provide accurate assessments and repairs. Our Mercedes-Benz Xentry diagnostic tablet is updated daily to keep us current with new control unit updates and technical service bulletins.

Yes, we use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or equivalent high-quality aftermarket parts depending on your preference and budget.

We do not perform complex body work, upholstery or painting, but we are happy to replace headlights, taillights, door mirrors, etc. Please contact us for more information.

We do not offer loaner cars at this time, but we are occasionally able to offer complimentary shuttle services. Please call for availability. We can arrange for an Uber ride to and from the shop as well.

We can arrange for a local tow company to pick up your vehicle on a flatbed truck. It's generally recommended to first check with your auto insurance to see if tow coverage is included with your policy.

Yes! We have a waiting room with coffee and Wi-Fi.

Yes, we provide a detailed written or digital estimate before performing any service or repair.

We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle. Additional payment arrangements can be made with Affirm, Sunbit or Klarna subject to approval. Please see terms of service for processing fee details.

Yes, we stand behind our work with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on most repairs and parts. Some components may carry longer warranties—please ask for details.
